At BHI Biologics, we are committed to ensuring the safe and secure delivery of our stem cell and exosome products through validated cold-chain logistics.
We offer the following flat-rate shipping fees:
United States: $300 USD
International: $400 USD
Shipping fees include specialized temperature-controlled packaging, dry ice, insulated shipping materials, and cold-chain handling designed to help maintain product integrity throughout transit.
International Orders
For international shipments, all customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, import permits, and any other charges imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer. These charges are not included in the shipping fee and are not covered by BHI Biologics.
Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable import laws and regulations in their destination country prior to placing an order.
